Philosophy: I am passionate about helping clients improve their health, strength and body mechanics.
I know how challenging it can be to balance life and exercise, and what it's like to struggle with weight issues. I use my experiences to help you find ways to overcome those challenges.
Credentials: I studied Personal Training at Lake Washington Technical College. My certifications include the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and ACSM Certified Health and Fitness Specialist. After completing those certifications, I was certified as a Pilates instructor at the Balance Within Movement Studio, under Gail Anderson.
I founded Sensible Fitness, Inc. in 2005, and have been proud to help clients improve their health ever since.
About me: When I am not working with clients, I enjoy running, reading, spending time with my family, and leading a Girl Scout troop.
